Upstairs

Stairs lead up to a mezzanine study area with sofabed, lots of English books and board games, the upstairs toilet and washroom and the master bedroom with king-size bed.

A gallery passage forms a bridge to the second bedroom with two singles.

Beds

Master bedroom - king-size double bed

Bedroom 2 - two single beds

Mezzanine study - situated just outside the master bedroom. There is a classic double sofabed which can be used for anyone who does NOT need their own privacy.

There is also a small zedbed for a little person and a travel cot for an even littler one.

The Little House

Annexe Cottage - A little guest house with exposed stone walls and a large oak beam, situated at the bottom of the garden with its own shower room. The corner sofa is also a very comfortable double bed and upstairs on the mezzanine there are 2 single beds and shelving for clothes - note: the stairs are very steep. This is the ideal teenage 'pad'.

Downstairs – Tiled terracotta floor, corner large sofabed (see photo in 'gallery'), table, kettle and microwave. Shower Room with toilet and washbasin. Upstairs - Access by steep stairs (see sofa photo below) to the Mezzanine with twin beds.

~ Please note that an extra charge of €100 is required to cover the extra linen and cleaning. The little house is not available as a separate rental. There is wifi (never guaranteed).

Payment by bank transfer is possible directly via us or French Connections. Payment by credit card is possible with HomeAway but they do impose a 'service charge'.
